Yes! Footy Depot offers mail-in jersey printing services. If you would like to have a jersey customized, please first complete our Jersey Printing Request Form before sending your shirt.

Once the form is submitted, you will receive shipping instructions and the mailing address.

When sending your jersey, please include:

• Your jersey

• A $45 USD check payable to Footy Depot

• A printed note with your customization details (name, number, and any instructions)

Please ship your jersey using a tracked shipping method.

Once we receive your jersey, the customization process typically takes approximately 2–3.5 weeks to complete.

Footy Depot is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping to our facility, so we strongly recommend using a tracked and secure shipping method.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping within the United States usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package until delivery.

Currently, most orders ship within the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., please try and place your order if not; contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Returns

Unfortunately, customized or printed jerseys cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

To start a return, please visit our Return & Refund Policy page or contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days to your original payment method.
