Return Policy

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving payment.
• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
• You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

• We offer the following shipping options:
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-12 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-4 business days
• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Footy Depot is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier. (Custom orders may take longer to be delivered) We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
