The Trionda features just four textured panels, which is fewer than any previous FIFA World Cup™ ball. Its streamlined design and precise seams reduce drag, enabling faster speeds and the most accurate flight path yet in a match ball.

Bold graphics on the panels showcase key national symbols: a blue star for the USA, a red maple leaf for Canada and a green eagle for Mexico. These icons reappear in an embossed all-over design on the matte surface, accented with gold detailing. It's a champion’s color for the champion’s ball.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain items can't be returned, such as personalized gear, custom jersey prints, gift cards, and specific wearables like socks and sports bras. Please note, sale items are considered final sale and are not subject to return or exchange.

How to Return Your Soccer Gear

Attach a copy of your invoice and fill out the provided return form - Get Return Form - to begin the process. For the safety of your return, we recommend a tracked shipping method, as return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except for defective or incorrect items.

Exchange Policy

FOOTY DEPOT simplifies exchanges by treating them as new orders. Place an order for the new item and return the original purchase following our return guidelines. Upon receipt and inspection, eligible returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method and confirm via email. Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Claim Procedure for Defective Items:

Our warranties follows our manufacturers’ warranty. If your product is damaged or defective, we submit a claim within 30 days of your purchase. The specified brand makes the final decision on whether or not the claim is approved as a manufacturing defect.

1. Initiate a Claim: Email us at info@footydepot.com to report a manufacturing defect.

2. Provide Evidence: For us to effectively assess the situation, please include the following photos in your claim:

   • Footwear: A top view showing both shoes side by side, a bottom view, a close-up of the defect, and  a photo of the product's label.

   • Other Products: Four side views, a close-up of the defect, and a photo of the product's label.

3. Shipping Label and Replacement: If your claim is approved, we will provide a shipping label for you to return the defective item at no cost to you. A replacement will be sent out promptly. Should the identical item be unavailable, you're welcome to select an alternative product. Any price difference will be adjusted against the original purchase cost.
